Find Your People. Find Your Place. Discover the Power of Co-Ownership
Husmate's biennial co-ownership conference is a space to gather, learn, challenge assumptions — and hopefully meet a future co-owner.
Housing prices in Toronto have reached a breaking point. But you don’t have to navigate it alone. Co-ownership is helping people – especially women, single parents, seniors, creatives and queer community-builders – secure stable, beautiful homes through collaboration and shared resources.
This full day event is your chance to explore the idea, meet others who are thinking about it too, and learn what it really takes to make co-ownership work.
Spend the day with experts, realtors, lawyers and lenders. Get real talk, real numbers, and practical strategies you can use right away. You’ll also join a supportive community of people re-imagining new ways to build stability, equity, and a home that fits the life they want.
If you’re dreaming of homeownership but not sure how to get there, come spend the day with us. Leave with clarity, inspiration, and maybe even your future co-owner(s).
