​1️⃣ 우로보로스란?

​우로보로스는 AI를 더 쉽게, 더 정확하게 사용하기 위한 문제 해결 방법이자 무료 오픈소스 도구입니다.

​보통 AI를 사용할 때에는 사람이 먼저 질문을 잘 만들어야 합니다. 무엇을 요청해야 할지 모르거나 조건을 빠뜨리면 원하는 결과도 얻기 어렵습니다.

​우로보로스에서는 AI가 먼저 질문합니다.

• ​무엇을 하려는지

• ​왜 필요한지

• ​지금 어떤 상황인지

• ​사용할 수 있는 자료와 자원은 무엇인지

• ​반드시 지켜야 할 조건은 무엇인지

• ​어떤 결과가 나오면 완료된 것인지

​이 질문에 답하면 우로보로스가 문제를 정리하고 실행할 일을 만듭니다. 결과가 부족하면 원인을 확인하고 조건을 고쳐 다시 실행합니다.

​특정 유료 상품이나 하나의 AI 모델에 묶인 서비스가 아닙니다. 누구나 무료로 사용할 수 있으며 ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini 등 여러 AI 환경에 적용할 수 있습니다.

​2️⃣ 왜 두 번째 세션을 여나요?

​한 번의 설치와 한 번의 실행만으로 AI가 내 일을 바꾸지는 않습니다.

​지난 OOO Welcome #1은 우로보로스를 처음 만나고, 막연한 생각을 질문과 실행 과제로 바꾸는 출발점이었습니다.

​그러나 도구의 사용법을 이해하는 것과 자신의 실제 문제에 계속 적용하는 것은 다른 과정입니다. 무엇을 맡길지, 어떤 자료를 줄지, 결과가 제대로 나왔는지 어떻게 확인할지를 직접 반복해야 AI가 일회성 대화창에서 실제 작업 방식으로 자리 잡습니다.

​그래서 두 번째 OOO Welcome을 엽니다.

​#1이 우로보로스를 처음 설치하고 실행하는 시간이었다면, #2는 자신이 실제로 해야 할 일 하나를 가져와 결과가 나올 때까지 밀어보는 시간입니다.

​처음 참가하는 사람은 설치와 첫 실행부터 시작합니다. 첫 번째 세션에 참여했거나 이미 우로보로스를 설치한 사람은 업무, 사업이나 프로젝트를 바로 가져와 더 깊은 실행을 진행합니다.

​이번 세션에서는 다음 과정을 직접 반복합니다.

​문제 가져오기 → 질문받기 → 실행하기 → 결과 확인하기 → 조건 고치기 → 다시 실행하기

​업무 자동화, 고객 관리, 가게 매출, 콘텐츠 제작, 개인 브랜딩, 취업 준비, 연구, 창업 아이디어와 사이드 프로젝트 등 어떤 문제든 가져올 수 있습니다.

​우로보로스의 기본 원리와 사용법을 익힌 뒤, 각자가 가져온 문제를 바로 실행합니다.

​첫 답변이나 첫 산출물을 받고 끝내지 않습니다. 원하는 결과와 무엇이 다른지 확인하고, 조건을 보완해 다시 실행합니다.

​우로보로스의 철학, 작동 방식과 기본 사용법을 설명합니다.

​처음 참가한 사람은 개인 노트북에 우로보로스를 설치하고 첫 실행을 준비합니다. 이미 설치한 참가자는 자신이 가져온 문제와 자료, 원하는 결과를 먼저 정리합니다.

​각자가 가져온 문제를 우로보로스와 인터뷰합니다.

​다음 내용을 정리한 뒤 실제 작업을 시작합니다.

​🐍 OOO Welcome #2 | Bring AI Into Your Real Work

​The second hands-on Ouroboros session, moving from a first run to real-world use

​Ouroboros is a free, open-source tool that listens to what you want to accomplish, asks the questions you may have missed, and turns your idea into a concrete task that AI can execute.

​You do not need to write a perfect prompt.

​You can begin with something unfinished:

• ​“I want to reduce repetitive work.”

• ​“I have a business idea but do not know where to start.”

• ​“I need to create content.”

• ​“I want to use AI for a real problem at work.”

​Ouroboros asks about your goal, current situation, available materials, constraints, and definition of success. It then turns an unclear idea into a task you can begin immediately.

​At OOO Welcome #2, you will install Ouroboros, bring one real problem, and work through your first execution with AI.

​1️⃣ What is Ouroboros?

​Ouroboros is a free, open-source tool and problem-solving method designed to help people work with AI more clearly.

​Most AI tools expect the user to ask the right question from the beginning. If the request is unclear or an important condition is missing, the result is often disappointing.

​Ouroboros changes that process by letting AI ask the questions first.

​It helps clarify:

• ​What are you trying to accomplish?

• ​Why does it matter?

• ​What is happening now?

• ​What information and resources do you already have?

• ​What conditions must be respected?

• ​What would a successful result look like?

​Your answers are turned into a clear problem, an executable task, and a way to check the result. If the first result is not good enough, Ouroboros helps identify what is missing, revise the conditions, and run the task again.

​Think → Answer questions → Define the problem → Execute → Check the result → Revise and run again

​Ouroboros is not a paid product or a service tied to one AI model. It is free and open source, and its approach can be used with ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and other AI environments.

​It can support software building, work automation, business problems, research, content production, career preparation, and personal projects.

​2️⃣ Why are we holding a second session?

​Installing a tool and running it once does not change the way we work.

​OOO Welcome #1 was the starting point. Participants met Ouroboros, learned how it asks questions, and turned an unclear idea into a first executable task.

​But understanding a tool is different from using it repeatedly on a real problem.

​To make AI useful in everyday work, we need to decide what to delegate, provide the right materials, check whether the result is correct, and revise the task when something is missing.

​That is why we are opening OOO Welcome #2.

​While #1 focused on meeting, installing, and running Ouroboros for the first time, #2 focuses on bringing one real task and moving it forward until there is a usable result.

​First-time participants will begin with installation and their first run. Returning participants and those who already have Ouroboros installed can begin immediately with a deeper work, business, research, or personal project.

​During the session, we will repeat the full loop:

​Bring a problem → Answer questions → Execute → Check the result → Revise the conditions → Run again

​You may bring any real task, including work automation, customer management, store operations, content creation, personal branding, job preparation, research, a startup idea, or a side project.

​3️⃣ What is different this time?

​After a short introduction to Ouroboros, most of the session will be spent working on the problem you brought.

​🛠️ Do not stop at the first result

​You will compare the first output with what you actually need, identify missing information or conditions, and run it again.

​The goal is to leave with a working process that you can repeat after the event, rather than a demonstration that only works during the session.

​🤝 More time to connect after execution

​After the official workshop, networking will continue until 7:30 PM. Participants can share what they built, where they became stuck, and how they are using AI in their work and projects.

​🧭 3:00–4:00 PM | Understand and start Ouroboros

​We will introduce the philosophy, workflow, and basic use of Ouroboros.

​First-time participants will install Ouroboros and prepare their first run. Participants who already have it installed can begin defining their problem, materials, and desired result.

​🛠️ 4:00–6:00 PM | Execute your real task

​Each participant will interview their problem with Ouroboros.

​You will clarify:

• ​The problem you want to solve

• ​Why it matters

• ​The information and resources you already have

• ​The conditions that must be respected

• ​The result you want

• ​The first task you can execute now

​After receiving the first result, you will check it against your goal, revise missing conditions, and run it again. Ouroboros maintainers and organizers will help participants with installation, interviews, and execution.

​This is not a presentation contest.

​Participants can share the problem they brought, the questions AI asked, what changed during execution, and where they became stuck. The conversation will continue among founders, professionals, business owners, creators, and people beginning their AI journey.
