​In this 3-hour Reflection & Direction Workshop guided by Transformation Designer Daniele Lauriola and Creative Health Consultant Kathy Känzig, we’ll look back at 2025 and create a personal orientation for the year ahead.

​Through guided reflection, light embodiment practices, and shared moments, you’ll reconnect with what truly matters to you. The workshop offers a space to think, feel, and imagine — and to translate insights into small, realistic steps for your 2026.

​You’ll leave with a Yearly Compass, a clearer sense of the past year, and a personal visualization to carry into 2026.

​Your Facilitators
Daniele Lauriola – Transformation Designer & Facilitator, and co-initiator of the institut für zukünfte & soft systems collective. He creates learning experiences at the intersection of critical futures, artistic practice, and transformation.

​Kathy Känzig – Creative Health Consultant & Facilitator, host of the Modern Creativity podcast and co-host of the Future Of Work Salon. She creates experiences at the intersection of mindfulness, embodiment, and play.
