World Cafe: 一人公司 Company of One

​「一人公司」可以是一個策略，希望透過精簡的結構，令自己可以專注做好品質，同時保持生活的自主和彈性。「一人公司」也可能只是一個無可奈可的選擇，在充滿不確定性的時代，希望可以靠雙手建立自己的 IP。

​不論你是哪一種狀態，「一人公司」考驗的是個人的心態和意志。創業難，守業更難。4月17日，星期五晚，無論你是剛開始、已經一段日子，或曽經有「一人公司」，都歡迎你來到同樣是一人經營的上環順逆咖啡館，在輕鬆聚焦討論裡聽到 同路人的日常，互相啟發。

​A company of one” can be a strategy — a deliberate choice to build a lean structure so you can focus on quality, while preserving autonomy and flexibility in your life. It can also be a reluctant choice — in an era of uncertainty, a way to rely on your own hands and build your own IP.

​Whichever place you find yourself in, a company of one ultimately tests your mindset and resilience. Starting something is hard; sustaining it is even harder.

​☕ 甚麼是「世界咖啡館」？

• ​​世界咖啡館是一種輕鬆、聚焦的討論方式，透過主持人(host)因應主題而設計的三條問題，令參加者對題目有更深入的探討。
  

• ​​第一部分：參加者會分成3-4人小組進行討論，每回合15分鐘，每回結束後都會交換組員，互相分享聽到的故事和觀點。
  

• ​​第二部分：所有人會圍坐，主持人會引導大家分享啟發。由於參加者在整個過程中都有機會參與分享和聆聽，所以我們可以得出集體智慧。
  

​​📝 活動內容

• ​​7 pm 稍息及用餐 (輕食 + 一杯飲品)

• ​​7:30 pm-9:00 pm 世界咖啡館 第一部分：小組討論

• ​​9:00 pm-9:30 pm 世界咖啡館 第二部分：集體智慧

• ​​9:30 pm-10:00 pm 總結及交流

​💰 收費

• ​Standard: 每人$200。

• ​​Supporter: 如果您希望支持未來的 World Café (我們將致力每月舉辦至少一次)，您可以選擇靈活定價，$210 - $250。

• ​​不用擔心！我們知道工作和交通時間有時並不穩定。活動頭半小時(7pm-7:30pm) 是用餐及稍息的時間，你只需提早與我們溝通，並於晚上7:30前抵達參加「世界咖啡館」部分就可。

​​✨ 如果名額已滿，仍可以參加嗎？

• ​​你仍可報名但會被列入等候名單。如果在活動前有人告知無法出席，我會與您聯繫，以便您決定是否加入。如果沒有空位，會在日內全額退款。

☕ What is World Cafe?

• ​​World Cafe is a discussion format driven by intentionally crafted questions, designed for 12 or more people to Think Together. 🌎☕️

• ​​In the process, participants are divided into small groups to discuss a question, and then join a new group to discuss the next one.

• ​​There will be three rounds, each 15 to 20 minutes.

• ​​After that, everyone comes together to share what they learned. We'll be able to take home the main ideas, themes, and insights that emerged from the discussions.

​​📝 What can you expect?

• ​​7 pm doors open. Drink and light food are available to share

• ​​7:30 pm-9:00 pm World Cafe: Part 1 Small group discussion

• ​​9:00 pm-9:30 pm World Cafe: Part 2 Harvest

• ​​9:30 pm-10 pm Mingle + wrap up

​​💰What is the cost?

• ​​Standard: HKD 200 per person.

• ​​Supporter: If you wish to support future World Cafes, which we will endeavor to host monthly for the community, there is a flexible pricing option HKD 210 - 250.

​​🏃🏻‍♀️What if I can't arrive by 7 pm?

• ​​No worries. We understand that work schedules can be fluid sometimes. The first 30 minutes are for us to freshen up and get ready. Kindly arrive before 7:30 p.m. to join the sharing session.
