​This is RalphWOD at Network School — a mini hackathon where your agent runs the loop while you run the loop. Agents extend their context window. You extend your healthspan. Same room, same day, two kinds of compute.

​While your AI agent codes, you meet the builders shaping what comes next — and you sweat with them. NS is a longevity campus. We're not going to waste it.

​It's your entry point into a network of Token Maxxing engineers who also happen to care about VO2 max.

​⚠️ This event is being filmed by a professional video crew. If you prefer not to appear on camera, please let us know at check-in — we'll provide a sticker for your name badge so the crew knows to keep you out of frame.

​🏆 We’ll select three winning teams, with each member of those teams receiving $1,000 in OpenAI API credits.

​Teams of 1–4 · Prizes provided by the OpenAI Codex Ambassador program.

​Schedule

​About 3 hours total. We open with a short workout, team up, then hack together while agents run the loop.

​Roughly, it'll work like this:

• ​Welcome: what RalpWOD is, how today works, and why we start by moving

• ​RalphWOD opening block: squats, hinges, full-body — 12-min AMRAP, scaled from bodyweight to loaded. No athletic background needed.

• ​Intros and team formation

• ​Codex Goal + Ralph Loop setup

• ​Ralph begins: agents run while humans step away from laptops, reset, and talk with other builders

• ​Laptops open again to review what agents built

• ​Demo prep

• ​Finalist demos

• ​Awards and networking

​Ralphthon originated in Seoul (Feb 28 – Mar 1, 2026) as a 24-hour overnight format where builders set up agents, went to sleep, and woke up to what shipped. Then it scaled to SF (Mar 28, 2026) with 150 builders, sponsored by OpenAI, Hashed, and Network School.
