Practical Ways to Cultivate Inclusive Leadership

​Inclusive leadership is essential for building nurturing and collaborative organizational environments. In this workshop, we will explore the foundations of inclusive leadership,  with an eye toward discovering practical ways to put inclusive values into action and lead with authenticity. You will leave with tools to promote belonging, strengthen teamwork, enhance decision making, and implement inclusive leadership practices in your own research groups and collaborations.
