About Event

This time, we will focus on the nucleic acid screening importance and challenges — showcased in the paper Strengthening nucleic acid biosecurity screening against generative protein design tools

We'll recap the key points at the start, so familiarity with the content is encouraged but not required. Afterwards, Aurimas Greicius will join us to talk about his award-winning project SynBioGuard implementing AI-powered NA screening. In the end, we'll have time for an open-ended discussion and socializing over snacks.
