About our Host:
Stephanie Wei is a Chartered Financial Analyst® with over 20 years of experience advising high-net-worth individuals and families on investment strategy, wealth preservation, and risk management.
Currently with Ashton Thomas, she brings a global perspective shaped by leadership roles at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, Wells Fargo, and ImpactAssets.
Her approach is deeply client-focused, emphasizing education, accountability, and values-based decision-making.
Passionate about empowering women, professionals of color, and first-generation wealth builders, Stephanie is committed to providing access to thoughtful, unbiased financial guidance.
A personal experience managing her family’s finances after the loss of her mother inspired her lifelong dedication to helping clients navigate wealth with clarity and confidence.
She holds degrees from UC Berkeley and The Fletcher School at Tufts University and is an active member of the CFA Society of San Francisco and Financial Women of San Francisco.
A lifelong violinist, she supports arts and education nonprofits and serves as Secretary of Medcetera.org, advancing equity in healthcare innovation.
