Somatic Grief Ritual

​~ a space to move through grief in community with sound, movement, and nature ~

​Grief can feel isolating and overwhelming, but it is also deeply human—something our bodies are wired to move through together. In a world that has forgotten how to grieve in community, this gathering is a return to ritual, to connection, and to the possibility that grief, while painful, can also be a teacher—tender, transformative, even generative.

​This ritual is an invitation to experience the power of moving through grief in community. We’ll spend time in stillness and sound, with nature and with each other. There will be gentle invitations for writing, sound & movement, a co-created altar of natural objects, and shared music to hold what words can’t. Personal and collective losses are welcome here.
