Co-Founder Matching Night

​Join Antler & b2venture for a curated evening bringing together founders and teams looking for a co-founder, and exceptional operators ready to start building.

​You'll also meet our current cohort of founders in residency at Antler Berlin: people who've already made the jump and are building their companies right now.

​We're inviting two groups:

• ​Founders and teams actively searching for a co-founder

• ​Senior commercial and technical operators preparing to make the jump into entrepreneurship

​Format

​Doors open at 18:30. The program starts sharp at 19:00 with founder intros, followed by open networking with food and drinks until 22:00.

​Please arrive on time. The intros are the core of the evening and we'll be starting promptly.

​Application-based

​This is a vetted event. Hit "Request to Join" and we'll review applications on a rolling basis.

​Who we're looking for

• ​Founders and teams actively looking for a co-founder

• ​Operators, engineers and researchers seriously preparing to start something, with clear intent, near-term readiness, and a willingness to commit a few hours a week to a test collaboration if you find a strong match

• ​Depth in whatever you know best. Software and AI, fintech, health, climate and energy, industrials, marketplaces, consumer, and everything adjacent. We care more about how well you know your space than which space it is
