CLEAN DAURA INITIATIVE

Community Sanitation & Environmental Cleanup Campaign

Target Area: Shaiskawa, Daura, Katsina State
Target Community Members: 100 residents
Project Duration: 3–4 weeks

Project Overview

The Clean Daura Initiative is a community-led sanitation and environmental cleanup project focused on Shaiskawa, Daura, aimed at addressing poor sanitation, indiscriminate waste disposal, and environmental pollution.

The project will mobilize 100 community members, including residents, youth, community volunteers, and Logos Circle members, to participate in environmental cleanup activities and community sensitization on proper waste disposal, hygiene, and environmental responsibility.

Problem Statement

Poor waste disposal and inadequate environmental sanitation in parts of Shaiskawa contribute to an unhealthy and unpleasant environment.
