Rebecca van Dijk | Founder, Peer Suite
This event will be hosted and the panel moderated by Rebecca van Dijk.
Rebecca van Dijk is the founder of Peer Suite, a private membership network designed to help ambitious women grow their careers through meaningful connections and modern networking.
She spent 12 years in private banking at Citigroup and UBS, where she worked as an investment consultant and client advisor managing high-net-worth portfolios. Rebecca later went on to found and scale multiple businesses, bringing together her experience across finance, entrepreneurship and community-building to create Peer Suite.
Rose Vangerven | CEO, Findlay Park
Rose Vangerven is CEO of Findlay Park Partners, a specialist investment boutique focused on responsible and sustainable investing. She joined in 2019 as Responsible Investment Lead, became a partner in 2021, and stepped into the CEO role in 2025.
Rose is Vice Chair of the Independent Investment Management Initiative and is passionate about making values-aligned investing practical and accessible to a wider audience.
Emma Stanfield | Financial Advisor, Atlas Wealth
Emma Stanfield is a Private Wealth Adviser at Atlas Wealth, specialising in helping senior professionals across law and finance navigate complex financial lives. She brings a practical, joined-up approach to building tax-efficient strategies that work in real life, and is passionate about making wealth conversations more accessible and empowering individuals to feel confident and in control of their financial future.
Olivia Wingrove | Investment Manager, LGT Wealth
Olivia Wingrove is an Investment Manager at LGT Wealth Management, advising high-net-worth individuals, families, trusts and charities across the UK and internationally. An award-winning wealth manager recognised five times in Citywire's "Top 30 Wealth Managers Under 30," she specialises in building tailored investment portfolios and is passionate about empowering more women to take ownership of their financial futures.
