​Purpose & Vision: The Soft Launch will officially introduce CIPA (Canadian Immigrant Professionals Alliance) to stakeholders, immigrant professionals, and partners.

• ​Keynote Speaker: Joe Bova – Visionary Builder | Philanthropist | Entrepreneur of the Year | Honorary Doctor of Laws (University of Winnipeg)
  Founder of Man-Shield Construction and Principal of Resolve Group, Joe’s journey from immigrant roots to industry leadership spans five decades. His keynote “Building Futures, Empowering Journeys” celebrates entrepreneurship, resilience, and giving back to the community.

• ​Visionary Speaker: Juanita Ama DeSouza-Huletey, MA, PMP, ALEP – Founder & CEO, Canadian Immigrant Professional Alliance (CIPA)
  An international bestselling author and educator, Juanita is a trailblazer in leadership, technology, and inclusion. Her talk, “From Vision to Impact: Building Canada’s Immigrant Professional Ecosystem,” will share the story of CIPA’s founding and its mission to empower professionals — especially women, immigrants, and underrepresented leaders.
