Strategic Alignment, commonly known as Hoshin Kanri, is the discipline of connecting organizational purpose to daily work at the front line.

In this half-day, hands-on program, participants learn how to translate Purpose, Vision, Mission, and Core Values into clear objectives, meaningful KPIs, and Daily Management routines, so strategy is not just set at the top—but executed every day by leaders and teams on the floor.

Using Toyota-inspired Hoshin Kanri, this course shows how strategy flows:

  • From enterprise-level objectives

  • To department, division, and process KPIs

  • Into visual dashboards, Kanban systems, and KPI boards

  • And finally into daily huddles and Leader Standard Work (LSW)

Participants will see how leaders at every level use huddles, visual management, and standard work to manage performance, escalate issues, and continuously improve processes.

The session is delivered through real-world case studies and guided application. Participants are encouraged to bring their own organization’s purpose, structure, objectives, and KPIs to build a practical alignment map during the session.
