Tech Leaders' Forum - AI use for Engineering Managers
About the Tech Leaders' Forum
Tech Leaders’ Forum is an in-person English-language meetup series for modern Tech Leaders navigating complex leadership and engineering challenges. Instead of slide decks and keynote talks, we host moderated panel discussions with active audience participation, focusing on real-world situations, challenges, and lessons.
Attendance is intentionally limited to create a trusted, intimate environment where honest conversations and a meaningful exchange of experience can happen. This is not a conference, but a professional community for tech leaders who don’t want to face leadership challenges alone.
Topic: AI use for Engineering Managers
AI can amplify a tech leader’s judgment - or quietly replace it.
In this Tech Leaders’ Forum event, we explore how Managers use AI across leadership, delivery, and technical decision-making, and where the line should be drawn. Where do AI tools genuinely add value, and where do they create new risks or false confidence?
We’ll examine real-world use cases, blind spots, and the risks of outsourcing judgment when wearing multiple hats. This session is about cutting through the hype and developing discernment in an AI-saturated environment, not blindly adopting tools.
