Think of it as an ask, not a pitch.
You have 15 seconds, so don’t try to explain your whole company or background.
Give us just enough context to understand you, then end with what you want from the room.
What are you building? What do you need?
Examples:
“I’m building an AI tool for architects. I’m looking for two architects willing to test it.”
“I’m a backend engineer interested in joining an early-stage AI startup. Come find me.”
“I’ve built the product but need someone great at growth. I’m looking for an early-stage marketer.”
“I’m trying to solve X and don’t know whether Y is technically possible. I’d love to meet an engineer who knows this space.”
You should probably practice beforehand. Fifteen seconds goes fast.
