Codex App Meetup Tokyo

​Codex App Meetup Tokyo は、Codex App をみんなで試し、作って、学びを共有するためのオフラインイベントです。主催のぬこぬこ（@nukonuko）は OpenAI Codex Ambassador のひとりです。

​このイベントはいわゆる登壇や LT といった枠を設けていません。Codex App を使ってその場で小さなものを作ったり、普段の作業やアイデアを少し前に進めたりしながら、各テーブルで「何を作ったか」「どう作ったか」「どこが面白かったか」「どこで詰まったか」を共有する会です。

​Codex App をすでに使っている方も、これから本格的に試してみたい方も歓迎です。コーディングに限らず、調査、文章作成、業務改善、アイデア整理など、日々の作業にエージェントを取り入れることに興味があり、当日手を動かして試してみたい方に向けたイベントです。

​参加される方は、事前に Codex App をインストールし、少し触ってからお越しください。もちろん完璧に使いこなしている必要はありません。コードの修正や小さなツール作成、資料や文章の下書き、情報整理、日々の作業の自動化など、開発用途でもビジネス用途でも、何かしら試してみた状態で来ていただけると、当日の土産話が華やかになります。

​当日はノートパソコンを持参してください。Codex App を使える環境があるとより楽しめるかと思います。

​会場は渋谷駅から徒歩 6 分です。詳細な住所は、参加登録が承認された方に共有します。会場の都合により、参加登録は承認制です

​どなたが参加されるか確認させていただくため、Luma と X の連携をお願いします。また、はじめましての方は私のフォローを必須とさせてください。

​少し軽食と飲み物を用意していますが、はやめになくなってしまったらすみません。

​18:30-19:00 | 受付・ネットワーキング

​会場に到着したら受付を済ませて、開始まで自由にご歓談ください。

​19:00-19:15 | オープニング

​イベント趣旨の説明、Codex App の簡単な紹介、本日の進め方について説明します。

​19:15-20:15 | ハンズオン

​Codex App を使って、その場で小さなものを作ったり、普段の作業や既存プロジェクトを少し進めたりします。ひとりで進めても、近くの人と相談しながら進めても構いません。

​20:15-20:45 | テーブルごとの知見共有

​各テーブルで、作ったもの、試したこと、うまくいったこと、詰まったことを共有します。完成していなくても大丈夫です。途中経過や失敗談も歓迎です。

​共有できそうな学びや気づきがあれば、#aimeetup をつけて X にポストしていただけるとうれしいです。他のテーブルの方の話を読めたり、あとで振り返りやすくなったりします。

​20:45-21:00 | 全体共有・クロージング

​各テーブルで出た面白い知見を全体で共有し、最後にクロージングを行います。

​21:00-21:30 | ネットワーキング

​閉会後、時間の許す範囲で自由に交流してください。

​他の参加者の顔が写る写真や動画の撮影は、許可を得た場合を除き原則禁止です。学びや気づきは、公開できる範囲でぜひ共有してください。

​遅刻する場合は主催者までご連絡ください。参加できなくなった場合は、わかった時点で早めにキャンセルをお願いします。

​Codex App Meetup Tokyo is an in-person event for trying Codex App together, making things, and sharing what we learn. The organizer, Nuko (@nukonuko), is an OpenAI Codex Ambassador.

​This event does not have formal talk or lightning talk slots. We will spend time using Codex App hands-on, building something small or moving our everyday work and ideas forward, then sharing at each table what we made, how we made it, what worked well, and where we got stuck.

​This event welcomes both people who already use Codex App and those who want to start exploring it seriously. It is for people who are interested in bringing agents into everyday work, including coding, research, writing, business workflows, and organizing ideas, and who want to try things hands-on during the event.

​Before attending, please install Codex App and try it a little. Of course, you do not need to be an expert. Whether for development or business use, trying something such as editing code, building a small tool, drafting documents, organizing information, or automating everyday work will make the stories you bring to the event much more interesting.

​Please bring your laptop. The event will be more enjoyable if you have an environment where you can use Codex App.

​The venue is a 6-minute walk from Shibuya Station. The exact address will be shared with approved guests. Registration is subject to approval due to venue capacity.

​To help me understand who will be attending, please connect your Luma account with X. If I have not met before, please also follow me on X.

​We will prepare some light snacks and drinks, but apologies in advance if they run out early.

​18:30-19:00 | Check-in and Networking

​Please check in when you arrive and feel free to mingle until we begin.

​19:00-19:15 | Opening

​We will briefly introduce the purpose of the event, Codex App, and how the session will run.

​19:15-20:15 | Hands-on Building

​Use Codex App to build something small or move your everyday work or existing project forward. You can work on your own or discuss with people around you.

​20:15-20:45 | Table Sharing

​At each table, we will share what we made, what we tried, what worked, and what was difficult. It does not need to be finished. Work in progress and lessons from failed attempts are very welcome.

​If you have learnings or discoveries you can share, please consider posting them on X with #aimeetup. It helps people at other tables read what came up, and makes it easier to look back after the event.

​20:45-21:00 | Group Sharing and Closing

​We will share interesting findings from each table with the whole group, then close the event.

​21:00-21:30 | Networking

​After the closing, please feel free to continue chatting and connecting as time allows.

​Photos or videos showing other participants' faces are prohibited unless you have their permission. Please feel free to share your learnings and insights publicly where appropriate.

​If you are running late, please contact the organizer. If you can no longer attend, please cancel as soon as you know.
