About Event

We cordially invite you to join our Next Generation Philanthropy Leaders Fellowship program as part of the 2025 Business and Philanthropy Forum. Co-curated by Synergos, this fellowship is crafted as an immersive experience for aspiring wealth stewards, inheritors, and social influencers poised to shape our future. It aims to equip them with essential leadership skills, enabling them to navigate the rapidly evolving world with confidence.

Our fellowship is rooted in the belief that wealth transcends mere accumulation; it embodies the legacy we forge and the values we impart to future generations. Amidst a landscape of constant change, our mission is to empower the next generation with the knowledge and abilities necessary to effectively traverse today's dynamic environment.

Through a carefully designed curriculum that blends academics, culture, and values formation, we strive to cultivate charitable awareness and instill a philanthropic career mindset. Renowned global philanthropic leaders will mentor and guide participants in honing the skills essential for carrying forward family wealth, businesses, and values.

Our fellowship will take place from November 15th to 16th, 2025, in Singapore. The program fee is USD 1000 per person, covering the costs of activities and visits during the camp, excluding transportation, meals, and accommodation.

Day 1

Saturday , 15th, November 2025

8:30 AM - 11:00 AM Guided Walk @ Botanic Gardens

Nature Immersion - Participants will embark on a guided walk through the Botanic Gardens, discovering its diverse flora, fauna, and rich cultural heritage. Along the way, they will be encouraged to slow down, engage their senses, and reflect on the restorative power of nature.

Mentor Reflections - Accompanying mentors will share personal stories and insights, drawing inspiration from the natural surroundings. Their reflections will offer lessons on resilience, leadership, and the importance of stewardship in both personal and professional life.

Guided Dialogue - Through thoughtful prompts and small-group conversations, participants will have the opportunity to connect more deeply with themselves and with each other. These exchanges are designed to foster authentic dialogue, self-awareness, and a sense of shared discovery.

Sebastian Pun | Case Study - Sebastian will share a compelling case study which offers insights into how 1 Million Dollars can be used on charity & sustainable portfolios

Synergos Session | Inner Discovery & Dialogue - A guided exploration into self-awareness and purpose, combining reflective exercises with meaningful dialogue. This session creates space for participants to uncover inner insights, exchange perspectives, and strengthen bonds within the group.

Peer-to-Peer Matching - Dynamic pairings to encourage new interactions, short rounds of exchanges to ensure everyone meets multiple new people. These light yet meaningful activities encourage collaboration, creativity, and fun.

Mr. Tan Chuan-Jin is a distinguished Singaporean leader whose career has spanned military service, politics, and social leadership. Rising to the rank of Brigadier-General in the Singapore Armed Forces, he went on to serve in key ministerial roles and later as the 10th Speaker of Parliament (2017 - 2023).

Renowned for his principled leadership, humility, and deep commitment to public service, Mr. Tan has dedicated his life to strengthening communities and advancing social impact.

The Business and Philanthropy Forum is co-organized by Alliance for Good, Asia Family Office Association, and an esteemed coalition of national and international partners.

Over the past eight years, from the wealth hub of Asia, Singapore, the Business and Philanthropy Forum has become a premier gathering focusing on cutting-edge topics like global philanthropy, family succession, social innovation, sustainability, and technology ventures integrating business and philanthropy in Asia. Rooted in Asian values and perspectives, the Forum embodies Asia's confidence through impactful conversations and connections. The second day of the Business and Philanthropy Forum features masterclasses on Chinese business global expansion, women's leadership and second-generation education, and cutting-edge topics such as cosmic exploration, technological innovation, and meta-universe development. Participants can have an intimate engagement with industry leaders, allowing for meaningful interactions and in-depth discussions.

商业与慈善论坛(Business and Philanthropy Forum)星岛善萌(Alliance for Good)亚洲家族办公室协会(Asia Family Office Association) 及多家国际合作伙伴联合主办。
