Culture In Service: A New Structure for Meaningful Work
Free Introductory Webinar | April 1 | Zoom
A Culture In Service to those without one.
Right now, millions of people aren’t just "between jobs"—they are navigating a "black hole" of structure. When the traditional workplace disappears, you lose more than a paycheck; you lose the daily rhythm, the community, and the sense of participation that makes you feel you belong.
Without that structure, your biology can shift into Survival Mode. Your attention fragments. Your decision-making gets harder. Your energy becomes unpredictable. You start to feel like your worth is "on pause" until a payroll grants you permission to exist again. This is not because you’re incapable. It’s because you’re trying to function without a structure that can actually hold you.
What is Culture In Service?
Culture In Service (CIS) is a "job-agnostic" organizational culture for those currently navigating the "Survival Gap". We define Meaningful Work as the integration of Inner Work (nervous system resilience) and Outer Work (community contribution). We provide a world-class environment for professionals in transition to direct their energy toward building something real—starting with themselves.
Each member commits to ~10 hours of Inner Work per week. This isn't 'extra' work—it's the foundation of Meaningful Work."
What We’ll Explore in This Webinar:
Why This Matters: We’ll discuss how the loss of organizational structure impacts our nervous systems and why Inner Work is the foundation of a meaningful life.
What We Offer: We'll provide an overview of our 12-Week Culture In Service Membership Arc. Our Member Experience offers a three-stage journey: Stabilizing your Container (101), Caring for your Container (201), and Contributing from your Container (301)
How We Operate: We’ll dive deep into how our People Experience Lifecycle & Organizational Culture Strategy works and why it’s different than any other organizational culture.
How to Join: We’ll cover how you can become one of our 50 Founding Members to prove the value of a Culture In Service to those without one.
Who This Is For:
This is for the unemployed, the underemployed, and the self-employed who realize they don't just need another job application—they need a structure that supports their daily experience.
