Save the Bike Lanes Around Our Schools in San Mateo

​Please attend this City Council meeting in person or remotely. The City of San Mateo is considering spending over $1 million to remove the recently installed bike lanes next to multiple elementary and high schools. This is in an equity priority area with the highest rate of traffic crashes in the City. Many of the people who use the bike lanes are lower income, people of color who cannot afford automobiles or parking spots.
