People working across climate, sustainability, social impact, education, health, and beyond.
Building positive impact can be deeply meaningful — and sometimes surprisingly lonely. Many of us are navigating uncertainty while trying to create meaningful change, find the right opportunities, and build something sustainable.
That’s why IMMA exists.
We believe meaningful opportunities rarely come from crowded networking events or endless cold outreach. They come to life through relationships: when people understand what you do, trust how you work, and know when to think of you.
That might lead to a new client, collaboration, partnership, speaking opportunity, or introduction.
This gathering is designed to create the space for those relationships to begin.
Expect thoughtful conversations, interesting perspectives, and a room full of people who care deeply about the work they’re building.
We intentionally keep the gathering small, creating room for genuine connection rather than surface-level networking.
Each of us covers our own breakfast. Vegetarian and vegan options are available.
