Welcome to the Gathering Collab Session
This is the first of a series of collective sessions around the Gathering of Tribes' communications strategy. We hope to collect ideas and feedback and create opportunities for all to get involved in our efforts to catalyse the emergence of a culture based on collaboration in the regenerative ecosystem.
Who is this session for?
This is an open session, everyone is welcome. We are specifically looking to connect with people who are keen to learn about what we do and contribute.
This may be particularly valuable for those who are keen to gain experience in the regenerative space, to expand their network and to join the Gathering's network.
At the Gathering, we strongly believe in decentralisation and distribution and we aim to apply those concepts through everything we do. "It's about collaboration and co-creation all the way down", as we like to say.
We are a very young organisation working with a lot of fabulous people and limited resources. Those sessions aim at providing the Gathering with a continuous flow of feedback, new ideas and energy and at anchoring a culture of collaboration enabling our initiative to not only give, but also receive support from the ecosystem.
Practically speaking
What does this mean?
The sessions will be structured as below (until we change...):
Check in & intros: we take the time to arrive, meet one another and hear from the ecosystem gathering in the (digital) room. We invite you to share about your skills, what you're inspired by and how you'd like to grow & learn.
The Gathering: Our Internal Updates: we share in full transparency with you all our latest progress; we outline our successes but also the challenges we're facing and the specific areas where we think we need support.
Connecting for action: together, we connect the dots, weave the web and activate the mycelium: in what way could you support us? Where do you want to get engaged? How can you come together with others in the room and our team to co-lead great micro-actions?
About the Gathering of Tribes
Inspired by ancient tribal gatherings, conferences, unconferences, transformative festivals and Burning Man, The Gathering Of Tribes is a regenerative, co-created and participatory - new kind of - gathering designed for the 21st century. A gathering designed to support the growth of a regenerative ecosystem of collaboration.
The Gathering brings together companies, villages, communities and DAOs - the tribes of the regenerative ecosystem - to be, to share, to inspire, to learn and to connect for action.
In September 2024, we will gather together in the nature of Portugal to celebrate and grow the regenerative movement.
