🚀 Vilnius Founders 🍸 on FinTech: Q&A with Andrius Bičeika, NED at Revolut, & Founders of Kashimi
This time at Vilnius Founders, we're bringing different perspectives on building fintech companies from Lithuania — from an early-stage financial infrastructure startup to one of Europe's most scaled fintechs.
We'll start the evening with a Q&A with Benas Pavlauskas and Robertas Sadovskis, serial entrepreneurs and the founders of Kashimi, a fast-growing Lithuanian fintech building open banking–powered account-to-account (A2A) payment infrastructure. Kashimi recently raised $1.36M in pre-seed funding.

After that, we'll sit down with Andrius Bičeika, one of the most experienced operators in Lithuania, who has scaled fintech businesses to tens of millions of users and has nearly a decade at Revolut. Andrius spent 9+ years at Revolut, where he played a key role in scaling the company across Europe and beyond. Today, he is a Non-Executive Director at Revolut Holdings Europe, overseeing Revolut's banking, securities, and insurance businesses serving 30+ million retail and 500k+ business customers across the EEA.
