Learn how to manifest with new moon energy & the benefits of a personal monthly practice. Workshop includes:

​- Discussion about the properties & benefits of new moon energy 
- Breath work, 30 minute vinyasa flow 
- New moon manifestation & intention setting
- Guided candlelight meditation 

​Please bring a pen, yoga mat, and an open mind.

Each practitioner will receive a new moon journal, candle, & the path to create a personal, monthly new moon ritual

​$38 per person, $33 for Hanu Yoga Studio Members
