
Better Sleep for Your Baby: 4-Week Support + Calm Sensory Play Series
This 4-week small-group series is designed to support both you and your baby, combining calming sensory play with personalized sleep guidance from Dr. Naina Mahtani.
Dr. Naina Mahtani is a clinical health psychologist, certified sleep consultant, and most importantly, a toddler mom. She is an alum of Stanford’s Framily and Mental Health Lab, and currently works at Kaiser Permanente.
Each week, you’ll join a supportive, low-stimulation environment where your baby can engage in gentle sensory play while you receive real-time coaching, ask questions, and build a sleep approach that actually works for your family.
