About Event
An energising after-work workout combining controlled strength training with fast-paced HIIT.
This session mixes slower, focused lifting with high-energy conditioning and cardio, working in pairs or small groups. Expect a challenge, a laugh, and to leave feeling strong and energised.
Suitable for a range of fitness levels - come as you are.
