About Event

Deals die in security reviews. 68% of enterprises have deployed AI without a formal risk assessment. Compliance is the new competitive advantage.

The AI Trust Table meets every other Saturday morning at KavehG Café in Danville — in a private room, around a single round table, with eight seats.

KavehG roasts their own beans in-house. Every detail is intentional — from the roast to the room. That's what governance should look like too. Craft, not checkbox. Governance by design — embedded at the planning stage, not bolted on after the architecture is locked in.

Guest Speaker - Vivek Bharathi

Focus for this session: When AI governance goes wrong, is it a board decision or an operational one? Where does accountability actually sit, and what changes when the board treats AI governance as their responsibility rather than delegating it down to the CISO or CTO?

Vivek Bharathi is an AI Innovation and Product Leader helping enterprises and startups succeed with AI, from product strategy to development to Go-To-Market and partnerships, with 13 years of industry experience.

Currently, he serves as an Innovation Leader at an enterprise SaaS AI company, operating at the intersection of business strategy, agentic AI systems, and transformation initiatives. He advises GTM leadership on where and how to deploy AI for maximum impact, while architecting the agentic AI data foundations, multi-agent operating models, and intelligence systems that turn business and innovation strategies into scaled, governed, production-ready operations across the organization.

Previously, he led ecosystem strategy and GTM execution for IBM Software's enterprise agentic AI platform products, working closely with hyperscalers, GSIs, ISVs, and channel partners to bring innovative AI solutions to market.

Each session, a guest speaker opens with 15 minutes on a specific, unhyped question about AI governance in regulated industries, followed by 60 minutes of peer discussion. Everyone leaves with a sharper point of view.

11:00 AM — Coffee, introductions

11:05 AM — Guest speaker (15 min)

11:20 AM — Facilitated peer discussion (60 min)

12:20 PM — Takeaways, preview of next session

12:30 PM — End. Those who want to keep talking are welcome to stay.

Gourmet coffee and snacks from KavehG's in-house roast — on us.

Each session features a guest speaker — CEOs, VPs of AI, Chief Digital Officers, CISOs — from Fortune 500 companies, leading AI startups, and regulated-industry pioneers. People who are moving from "we use AI" to "we govern AI — here's the certificate." Governance becomes a go-to-market accelerant, not a compliance burden.

The setting:

The private room is warm wood, low light, and eight chairs around a single round table. Some conversations don't belong on Zoom. They belong at a table.

Applications close Friday 11:59pm before the event.
