Embellish It!

​🗓️ Join us on Saturday, October 4th from 11am–4pm (drop-in anytime) at Circular Library for a day of up-cycle exploration! Bring 1–3 pieces from your closet like a t-shirt, jeans, or tote and give them a fresh, new, embellished look.

​🪡 Start at our freebie table for a quick refresh or upgrade to an embellishment package ($15) to spend tokens at specialty stations featuring metal grommets, vintage charms, unique buttons, beads, patches, rare textiles, and more.

​🤝 Keep it subtle or go bold! You’ll leave with a one-of-a-kind piece that extends the story of your clothes, while keeping them in circulation. Come create, connect, and customize with us.

​✨ All skill levels are welcome! The Wear & Repair team will be on hand to assist- whether it’s sewing on a button, using the grommeting device or just brainstorming ideas for your piece. No experience needed as there will be embellishing options for all levels and learning materials on hand to follow, just bring your clothes and creativity!

​🔥 Hot Tip: Bring pieces with stains or damage to try embellishing before they go to the rag pile!
