Session 001 - From Gary to Glory 1958 - 1969.
Before the world knew his name.Our journey begins in Gary, Indiana, the 8th of 10 children, a child prodigy and his brothers step into talent shows, nightclubs, and the Chitlin Circuit, forming into a group that would reshape music. We'll lay the foundation from living room rehearsals, to their signing with Motown, to their debut on the Hollywood Palace & Ed Sullivan Performance that turned them into cultural phenomenons.
Session 002: Jackson 5 Mania - 1969 - 1971. - June 6th, 2026 - 7:30 PM ET / 6:30 PM CT
We left off as The Jackson 5 made their national television debut on the Ed Sullivan Show. Session 002 picks back up as we dive into their imminent rise, covering highlight from Diana Ross Presents: The Jackson 5 (1969), ABC (1970), Third Album (1970), Christmas Album (1970), and Maybe Tomorrow (1971). We'll explore some of the Jackson 5's greatest early moments, including highlights from their First National Tour in 1970, ending the night with highlights from their Goin' Back To Indiana TV Special (1971).
