About Event
Cost-cutting isn't the opportunity here. This workshop reframes AI-forward staff planning around three goals: a more stable organization, expanded capacity, and a stronger movement.
You'll work through building a learning culture, identifying the capabilities your organization will need in the future, and using the Build, Buy, Borrow, Bot framework to decide where AI fits, while making sure people still have opportunities to learn and grow.
