EVOLVE Women Workshop + Training Session
Women are consistently underrepresented in strength training research. Most exercise programs are designed around male physiology. And the conversation around menopause, bone density, and hormonal change is still treated as a side topic in mainstream fitness.
This workshop exists to change that.
Part one. Education. 30 minutes.
We cover what actually matters for women's long-term health and physical performance.
Menopause and perimenopause: what is happening hormonally, what it means for your body, and why this window of life is one of the most important times to train with intention.
Bone mass density: why it declines, when it starts, and exactly what type of exercise has the strongest evidence for preserving and building it.
How to exercise properly as a woman. Not lighter, not easier. Smarter. With the right load, the right frequency, and the right understanding of your biology.
Part two. Training. 30 minutes.
We move together. A structured session designed around the principles from the lecture. Functional strength work, appropriate intensity, and movements you can take home and repeat.
Small group. Practical. No prior experience required.
Who this is for
Women who want to understand their body, not just follow a program. Women in perimenopause or menopause looking for evidence-based answers. Women who are done with generic fitness advice that was never designed for them.
Come to learn. Come to move. Leave with clarity on what to do next.
