The event format:

• ​3:30pm Arrivals & seats

• ​3:40pm Welcome and housekeeping

• ​3:45pm Candidate introductions (30s each)

• ​3:50pm Pre-screened Questions (60s each) 4 questions

• ​4:20pm Brief break, also allow people to easier entry/exit if necessary

• ​4:25pm Further 4 questions (60s each)

• ​4:55pm Closing statements (30s each)

• ​5:00pm Exit swiftly for the next event to start on time
