​We’ve been exploring AI coding tools with the community for a while — previously teaching tools like Cursor, and before that Claude Code.

​One thing we kept hearing from the Hong Kong community: some of the most popular AI coding tools can be difficult to access locally.

​So this time, we’re focusing on a fully accessible setup: DeepSeek + OpenCode — powerful open tools that anyone here can use.

​This is NOT a formal class or instructor-led workshop. Think of it more like a community AI build jam.

​Bring your own laptop, your own ideas, and build whatever you want at your own pace — whether that’s your first website, first app, AI tool, or just experimenting.

​We’ll have starter setup guides and worksheets available to help first-timers get installed and started.

​No coding experience required.

​Already an experienced builder? Come hang out and help mentor the community too. We’d love experienced devs, AI builders, and vibe coders to share tips, answer questions, and help newcomers get unstuck.
