Equinox Optimized Volume Four: Strength with Fort

​Optimized is a series of events at Equinox’s flagship San Francisco Sports Club, centered on becoming the strongest, healthiest version of yourself.

​Volume 4 focuses on strength: a core pillar of healthy aging, especially in the peptide era.

​Fort is a new wearable designed to help active people build strength without becoming obsessed with metrics. It tracks strength training, Pilates, fitness classes, recovery, sleep, steps, and HRV, then translates it into simple guidance on consistency, progress, and recovery.

​Miranda Nover, Founder of Fort, will join Volume 4 to discuss how Fort is helping bridge the gap between working out and building real strength.

​Fort will also offer live demos of beta devices, with the technical team on-site to answer questions about how wearables work and how to get the most out of yours.
