About Event

Join us for our monthly DC Forecasting & Prediction Markets meetup, a very casual meetup to meet and socialize with others interested in forecasting, prediction markets, political gambling, sports betting, or anything else relating to predicting the future.

Our speaker this month will be Anthony Vinci, speaking on what forecasters can learn from intelligence agencies and how AI will be used by both intelligence agencies and commercial forecasters.

Anthony Vinci is the CEO of VICO, a venture backed AI company that forecasts events and provides decision guidance for users in finance, corporations and governments. He is the author of The Fourth Intelligence Revolution: The Future of Espionage and the Battle to Save America (Henry Holt, 2025) and previously served as the first Chief Technology Officer and Associate Director for Capabilities at the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA). He was formerly a Managing Director at Cerberus Capital Management and a member of the Core Management Team at Bridgewater Associates.
