After three weeks in San Diego working through entity structuring, FDA pathways, payer systems and West Coast capital, the cohort moves to Boston for its closing week — CGMP compliance, Kendall Square institutional networks, Longwood clinical briefings.

Delivered by Elpis Labs with the e Italian Trade Agency. Founders work through U.S. entity and IP structuring, FDA pathways, payer and hospital procurement, GTM localization and capital strategy, supported by matched Ph.D. and MBA interns from regional universities.
