​Meet your sommelier, Michael Casey
Michael brings more than 30 years of hospitality experience, including 22 years dedicated to wine and beverage. Currently Wine Director at Molly’s Spirits–Lakeside, he’s shaped wine programs at Denver favorites including the Brown Palace, Elway’s at the Ritz-Carlton Denver, and Shanahan’s Steakhouse—where he tasted 3,500 wines in 45 days to help build the beverage program. A certified sommelier, avid gardener, and cook, Michael brings a wealth of knowledge and stories to share over a glass.
