Co-hosted by Breakthrough and WilbeLABS, hosted at IDEALondon, this practical workshop will explore how to introduce AI into the everyday work of a small team.
Using familiar problems such as drafting emails, answering repeated customer questions, carrying out research and organising internal information, we’ll explore when to use:
A simple conversation with an LLM
A repeatable AI-assisted workflow
A more complete automation
Human judgement rather than another tool
We’ll cover how these approaches differ, how to choose the right one for the problem and how to find a useful starting point for your team.
No technical background or existing AI strategy is required.
