Make with Someone in Mind
For thirty minutes, we’ll make quietly together on Zoom—each of us with someone in mind.
Bring something you can make with what you already have. You might write a real letter, mend or stitch something, arrange a few flowers, mix a small jar of granola, draw, fold, bake or assemble a little parcel.
It doesn’t need to be impressive. It only needs to be made with care—and intended to leave your hands.
We’ll arrive, briefly say hello, name who or what we’re making for if we’d like to, and spend most of the session quietly making. Cameras are optional. Conversation is optional. Coming exactly as you are is welcome.
Afterward, give or send what you made to the person you held in mind. You’ll also have the option to record your act on the Dopamine Activists wall.
