FitWell Fest: West Coast Reset

​FitWell Fest is LMU’s biggest annual wellness event, giving students the chance to reset, recharge, and reconnect through movement, recovery, and community. The festival brings together pilates, local vendors, free samples, and interactive wellness booths offering everything from massages and cold plunges to healthy snacks. It’s a one stop celebration of holistic wellbeing designed to help students feel their best!
