The SKHS Series: Homebuying Masterclass
Hosted by Angelina Spiropoulos, Real Estate Agent; Taylor Walsh, Loan Officer; and Catherine Powers, Real Estate Attorney.

Buying a home can feel overwhelming—especially with student loans, freelance income, and nonstop headlines telling you to “wait.” This free, practical masterclass is designed for Gen-Z and Millennials who want clear, realistic guidance on what it actually takes to buy a home today. Our expert panel will break down common myths, real numbers, and smart next steps so you can make informed decisions with confidence.

Attendees can expect to:

  • Debunk common down payment and affordability myths

  • Learn how to qualify with student loans, freelance, or non-traditional income

  • Understand the real numbers behind renting vs. buying

  • Leave with practical insights to decide whether buying now—or waiting—makes sense for you
