Dinner with wine for AI enthusiasts

​An intimate 11-seat dinner for professionals, founders and AI Summit Barcelona attendees, combining five course menu with three rare wines you won’t find anywhere else in Spain.

​At Elowines, we discover wines by travelling across the world, meeting winemakers and bringing back bottles nobody else is selling in Spain.
For this dinner, we’ll pour a few of our favourite finds from Northern Rhone in France, Savoie and Georgia.

​After an intense week of AI talks, meetings and networking, come unwind over good food, rare wine and conversations with other people from the AI community. Learn & discuss directly with the founders how they use AI in their wine business.

​The five-course menu and wine pairings were developed with the little help of AI and include watermelon carpaccio, mustard-pistachio salmon and three more courses that we’ll reveal on September 23.
