At Elowines, we discover wines by travelling across the world, meeting winemakers and bringing back bottles nobody else is selling in Spain. 

For this dinner, we’ll pour a few of our favourite finds from Northern Rhone in France, Savoie and Georgia.

The five-course menu and wine pairings were developed with the little help of AI and include watermelon carpaccio, mustard-pistachio salmon and three more courses that we’ll reveal on September 23.
