She Reclaims Life is a reflective morning designed for women who may be feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or ready for something more — even if they’re not quite sure what that “more” looks like yet.
The experience will focus on honest conversations and shared lived experiences through a guided panel format, followed by audience reflection, Q&A, and connection.

Colleen Cole
Founder of She Does Biz and a former tech industry professional who transformed her own career crossroads into a launchpad for entrepreneurship. After a 20-year career in electronics, industry shifts prompted Colleen to reimagine her path, leading her to build a business rooted in strategy, storytelling, and technology.
Today, Colleen helps women and mid-career professionals identify their skills, passions, and values, and turn them into aligned, purpose-driven business ideas. Through workshops and AI-powered tools, she guides clients from uncertainty to clarity with practical, actionable steps.
Colleen believes entrepreneurship should be accessible and sustainable, not rooted in burnout. Her mission is to help women create income and impact in ways that feel authentic, empowering, and aligned with who they truly are.
Lavinia Latham, J.D.
Nationally respected human rights and employment lawyer and Co-Founding Partner at Alphonse Latham LLP, a firm recognized in Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch in Canada™. Lavinia's practice focuses on workplace equity, human rights, and leadership accountability, where she advises organizations on complex matters including systemic discrimination and workplace investigations.
Lavinia has represented clients before the Supreme Court of Canada and human rights tribunals across the country. She has been named a Lexpert Lawyer to Watch and was honoured by the Honourable Dr. Jean Augustine as one of the 100 Accomplished Black Canadian Women.
A sought-after speaker and educator, Lavinia is deeply committed to advancing equity and meaningful dialogue. She currently serves as Vice President of the Black Female Lawyers Network and brings a thoughtful, values-driven perspective to conversations about resilience, responsibility, and intentional leadership.

Julie, known as Jewels to those closest to her, is a Transformational Life Strategist, speaker, and founder of Country Jewel Retreats & Conferences. With over 30 years of experience in the Canadian post-secondary sector, combined with a background in business strategy, leadership, and personal development, she has built multiple businesses dedicated to guiding individuals through meaningful transformation.
Her signature program, #Ignite Your Next Chapter: Reclaim Your Dreams and Boldly Create Your Best Life, supports women in taking courageous action toward a life aligned with their values, purpose, and passions. Julie believes each person has a unique role to play in this world—and that stepping into it begins by listening to the still, small voice within.
