About Event

The Strategic Climate Risks Initiative, the Center for Climate and Security, the Ditchley Foundation, and the Center on Global Energy Policy at Columbia University invite you to join a high-level, public panel discussion exploring the intersections of food, climate change, and international security amid a shifting geopolitical order.

This session will convene a panel of high-level experts and policymakers to situate the climate threat within today’s broader geopolitical context, exploring how cascading Earth system changes interact with food systems and the fracturing of international cooperation. The discussion will examine what meaningful climate resilience looks like for governments and institutions navigating both the physical risks and the shifting landscape of global alliances.

This event will also include a reception offering refreshments and canapés.
