Accent Society Refund & Cancellation Policy

All cancellation and refund requests must be submitted directly to our official email address:

Cancellation requests are considered received only when submitted to the email address above. Messages sent through third-party platforms, including Luma, social media, text messages, direct messages, or other communication channels, do not constitute official cancellation requests and may not be reviewed in a timely manner.

Please note that the Luma messaging system is not actively monitored by our team. Messages sent through Luma will not be considered official cancellation or refund requests. The effective date and time of a cancellation request will be determined solely by when it is received through our official email address.

Refunds, when applicable, may be subject to deductions for non-refundable third-party processing fees, including payment processing fees, platform fees, and international transaction fees charged by payment providers.

By registering for an event, course, workshop, or program offered by Accent Society, participants acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Refund & Cancellation Policy.

, an AAPI contemporary performance festival, 

 is an hour-long poetry workshop exploring migration, memory, and the many selves we carry from one shore to another. In celebration of Wisteria Deng's debut chapbook, 

, participants will be invited to write creatively and reflect through meaning-centered practices drawn from empirically supported therapy. No prior writing experience is needed.
