About Event

🎨 Dallas Founders Club @ Nostalgia & Noise

Inside the spaces our members are building

At Dallas Founders Club, we don’t meet in random venues.
We gather inside our members’ worlds.

Sometimes that’s a business. Sometimes it’s a restaurant, a home, or a space they’ve brought to life.

The goal is always the same: to understand who our members really are, what they’re building, and what we can learn from each other along the way while building our community.

A quick note: If you received this invite and know someone you genuinely believe would be a good fit for DFC, someone building something real, curious about others, and aligned with the spirit of this community, feel free to pass this along. Please note: every registration is reviewed by our member committee before approval.

We’re intentional about who we invite. If you want a clearer sense of what we’re about (and what we’re not), you can read more here: 👉 dallasfoundersclub.com

🏠 The Gathering

For our first DFC member-hosted event of 2026, we’re meeting at Nostalgia & Noise, a creative studio and cultural platform founded by DFC members Ra-Sun Kazadi and Rob Grass.

Nostalgia & Noise sits at the intersection of art, music, and entrepreneurship. It’s built around bringing people together, activating creativity, and turning culture into something participatory.

By hosting us here, Ra-Sun and Rob are opening the door to how they think about:

  • Building community intentionally

  • Blending creativity with real business models

  • Creating culture that actually lasts

This kind of access is what DFC is about.

🔦 Member Spotlight: Ra-Sun Kazadi & Rob Grass

Ra-Sun Kazadi and Rob Grass are the co-founders of Nostalgia & Noise, a Dallas-based creative culture platform known for immersive, community-driven experiences.

Ra-Sun’s path is uniquely Dallas. Before diving into the arts, he played Division I football at SMU, shaping his approach to teamwork, discipline, and community. His creative work focuses on making art feel human and participatory — inviting people in rather than asking them to observe from a distance.

Rob brings the strategic and business foundation behind the vision. As CEO of Nostalgia & Noise, he leads partnerships, experiential activations, and long-term platform building. With a background spanning finance, entrepreneurship, and strategy, including an MBA from SMU Cox, Rob focuses on turning creative ideas into sustainable spaces, systems, and opportunities that actually work.

Together, they’re building infrastructure for creative community in Dallas.

🤝 With Special Guest: Josh Taylor

We’ll also be joined by Josh Taylor, Executive Director of the William S. Spears Institute for Entrepreneurial Leadership at SMU Cox, one of the most significant new investments in entrepreneurship in North Texas.

Josh leads the vision, programs, and operations of the Spears Institute, helping position SMU as a true hub for founders, operators, and innovators. With 20+ years of experience across Fortune 500 strategy, startups, and venture environments, his work is focused on building real infrastructure for entrepreneurship, connecting education, execution, mentorship, and ecosystem in ways that genuinely support founders.

Dallas Founders Club is built around substance, not optics. We care more about how people build than what they’re building, curiosity over ego, generosity over extraction. That intention shapes our rooms & our community.
