Final Pitch Day (Preliminary Screening)
Final Pitch Day is here! 🏆
Congratulations! You’ve made it through the hardest part which you have now built the game. Now, it’s time to show the world what you’ve created for the YGG & Verse8 Hackathon Track.
Please note that all teams under YGG & Verse Track MUST sign up via this link to be considered.
Selection
We will be conducting a pre-screening process to select the Top 15 teams who will move on to the Final Pitch Day.
Selected teams will be notified via your submitted email between April 18th, 00:00 KST and 08:00 KST.
How to Present Your Project
While we highly encourage offline attendance to get the full event experience, we know our community is global. To accommodate all time zones, we are offering three ways to pitch on April 18th:
1. In-Person Pitching (Mandatory for korean team)
Join us at the venue to pitch live to the judges. Make sure you have RSVP-ed here!

2. Live Online Pitching
If you are an international participant and can join us virtually on the 18th, you can pitch live via google meet. The google meet link will be sent to you on the pre-selection notification email. Please join the Google Meet link on April 18th at 11:00 AM KST. Your attendance will be recorded at the start of the session to assign your specific pitching time slot.
3. Pitch Video Submission
If you absolutely cannot make the live session on the 18th due to time zone differences, we are opening an option to submit a recorded pitch video. Check below for the step-by-step guide for submitting your pitch video.
📹 How to Submit a Pitch Video
If you are choosing Option 3, please follow these steps carefully to ensure the judges can review your work:
Record your pitch: Keep it concise and think of this as your project’s official reveal trailer!
Upload to Cloud Storage: Use Google Drive, Dropbox, or a similar service.
Set Permissions to "Public": Make sure "Anyone with the link" can view the file so our judges aren't locked out.
Register via Luma: When filling out the registration questions on this page, select "Online Video Submission."
Submit the Link: Paste your public video link into the designated field.
Deadline: Please submit your pitch video latest by 17th April 23:59 KST.
Note: If you plan to pitch live (either in-person or virtually), please select "Live Pitching" in the registration options so we can add you to the schedule.
