Enopolitik Soft Launch Dinner
Enopolitik Comes to Salt Lake City: A New Kind of Wine Dinner Launches in Utah
This August, Salt Lake City will host the U.S. soft launch of Enopolitik, a new event series that pairs wine with open, cross-perspective conversation about the world. The concept, coined by Stephanie Cuadra, founder of Terrestoria Wine Imports, treats dialogue over a shared table as a form of everyday citizen diplomacy—nothing new, yet rarely given this much intention.
The Utah edition takes place Thursday, August 6th, at 'Mina Ristorante Siciliano, in special partnership with Utah Women and Wine, the Wasatch Front community founded by Kari Herron in 2021. Guests will enjoy a curated tasting menu with seated service and paired wines, sponsored by Terrestoria, alongside a symposium/workshop-style program blending expert insight with free-flowing dinner conversation.
The evening's special guest is Ragini Gupta, former U.S. Consul General in Florence, Italy—a fitting tie to Enopolitik's first official edition, set to take place in Tuscany later this year.
Enopolitik's premise is simple: some of the most constructive conversations about a complicated world don't happen in formal settings, but within the familiar comfort zone of food and wine.
