Open-Source AI4Math: The Fields Model Initiative, the AI Math Olympiad, and other open developments in AI4Math
An event for anyone interested in open-source AI4Math, organized by Simon Frieder (friederrrr.org)*, Manager of the AI Math Olympiad (aimoprize.com/team) with 4000+ teams competing at the last AIMO3 (https://www.kaggle.com/competitions/ai-mathematical-olympiad-progress-prize-3) and Founder of the Fields Model Initiative (fieldsmodel.org).
Like open-source software, this event doesn't impose artificial exclusivity restrictions or requires you to jump through any hoops to attend. Sign-up is only there to get a sense of how many people want to attend, the aim is to approve everyone by default.
We'll organize ourselves on the spot @ h̶t̶t̶p̶s̶:̶/̶/̶h̶o̶h̶o̶s̶i̶k̶d̶a̶n̶g̶.̶c̶o̶m̶/̶.̶ ̶
**UPDATE! NEW LOCATION**: Because we are significantly over the upper limit of 50 people, we meet at COEX in front of room 318 (3F, opposite of Hall C, see for more details https://youtube.com/shorts/4jGIdyRASgY?si=6hg93D5PCB3ybyd3). Bring your own food, grab something from COEX, or just bring yourself! No ICML badge is needed to enter the event.
Whether 5 people come or 50, everyone is welcome.
We'll freely discuss the latest developments in the AI4Math space.
(*This is not an official AIMO event.)
